"Mi sono recato in questa trattoria per una cena, inizio nel descrivere la mia esperienza: Cibo: materie prime di stagione e fresche, pasta fatta in casa, piatti equilibrati che conservano le tradizioni dei tipici piatti veneti, bigoli all'arna, fettuccine al ragù di lepre squisite, e secondo di cinghiale cotto in modo divino, selvaggina di prima qualità. Dolci fatti in casa ottimi e stratosferici consiglio la meringata. Porzioni normali che saziano il giusto e non scarse. Servizio: Cortesia e premura verso il cliente da parte delle cameriere, tempi nella norma, apparecchiamento semplice senza fronzoli, tipico di una trattoria. Location: situata nei colli nei pressi di San Giovanni in monte gode anche di una buona vista, e di amplio parcheggio.L'ambiente interno é tipico di una trattoria anni 70 ma é stato rimodernato, ho cenato piacevolmente accanto ad una stufa a pellet, l'ambiente inoltre é risultato pulito e tutto sommato non chiassoso. Dotato anche nei periodo estivi di tavolini esterni collocati sotto un porticato. Prezzo: onesto per la tipologia di servizio 2 primi, 2 secondi , 2 dolci, un acqua e un quartino di vino 80 euro direi che é onesto. Alla domanda tornerei?La risposta é assolutamente sì tanto é vero che ho richiesto un contatto per organizzare un evento prossimamente."

"Posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde e nella bellezza dei colli Berici. I tavoli erano tutti occupati e il cameriere ci ha detto di prenderci uno spritz e aspettare nel loro meraviglioso giardino con una bellissima fontana. Tavolo liberato in pochissimo tempo e ci ha fatto sedere e spiegato bene i migliori piatti che avevano. Preso il cinghiale e la costata di Sorana. Una carne morbida, deliziosa e tenera. Contorni ottimi e antipasto al formaggio fuso più tartufo eccezionale. Un ringraziamento speciale al cameriere Edoardo Che è stato super gentile e bravo."

"Ho assegnato 4 stelle perché non era possibile inserire il mezzo punto, ma il voto reale è 3,5. Locale rustico, senza grandi pretese, uno degli storici dei colli. Il parcheggio è un po’ così così: quando c’è molta affluenza diventa difficile trovare posto per tutte le auto. La location è abbastanza classica da trattoria, ma all’interno si percepisce un contrasto tra vecchio e nuovo che confonde e incuriosisce allo stesso tempo. Questo contrasto si avverte soprattutto nel servizio: da un lato la cordialità delle cameriere, molto alla buona e informale; dall’altro un maître di sala super preparato, professionale e attento, con un livello da ristorante di categoria superiore. Il menu è basic, ma propone alcune chicche fuori dal solito (come l’uovo poché al tartufo), segno di una chiara voglia di innovazione e di discostarsi dalla classica trattoria. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto classico con sopressa, polenta, funghi e crema di formaggio, seguito da un risotto al tartufo e una guancetta di maiale. Il cibo era buono, nulla da dire: tutto corretto e piacevole. Secondo noi, se il locale seguisse in modo più deciso l’impronta moderna che sembra voler prendere, potrebbe davvero svoltare ed elevarsi rispetto alla “classica trattoria”. In conclusione, lo consigliamo per una cena tranquilla, informale e non troppo “agghindata”. Nota di merito speciale al maître: veramente bravo e cordiale."
